Handyman Can! wants to provide your property management firm with a convenient, hassle-free, one-stop shop for all your maintenance and repair needs. We’ve made it simple.
One phone call will get you a handyman, electrician or a plumber within four hours to service your properties. All of our workmen are experienced, professional and respectful providing you and your tenants with peace of mind. They arrive in uniform, with all the tools necessary to complete the job. Handyman Can! will have a pre-determined cap for all jobs and before the total exceeds that amount, the property manager will be notified for permission to proceed.
You’ll get one convenient, summarized statement every two weeks detailing the properties we’ve serviced, the work completed and a subtotal for each job. These invoices will be due within seven days.
All of our work is guaranteed for two years. We carry all necessary licenses, insurances and bonds to keep things legal and to protect you and your customers.
Finally, we don’t tie you into a contract. While we do set up special pricing for property managers, we don’t expect you to commit yourself to us exclusively. We know that there are lots of service providers to choose from and we’re confident that our service, quality and convenience will make you a loyal customer.
